Nescafé Taster’s Choice sought to implement a personalized consumer engagement strategy, leveraging the public profile of Sergio 'Checo' Pérez, a high-visibility figure in Mexico.

The primary objective was to achieve mass personalization, enabling Pérez to deliver individualized messages at scale. A generic, one-to-many video asset was determined to be insufficient to meet this goal.

Wainot's technical team developed an AI-based system capable of generating hundreds of thousands of unique video greetings. The system integrated voice cloning and lipsync technologies. This was achieved by using a foundational, filmed video asset of Pérez and a corresponding trained voice model.

Through a web portal titled 'Checo te Felicita' (Checo Congratulates You), users could input a specific reason for the greeting (e.g., an achievement). The system would then process this input to generate a dynamic video. The output featured a synthesized message from Pérez, which explicitly mentioned the user's name and the selected occasion, followed by a brand-centric call to action.
